Season - April 15 till October 15.
Water and Sewer will be available after Spring thaw till Fall freezing.
No hidden fees. We pay the GST, no service fees at the end of the season, shed and/or deck permitted, and free wood. Must follow rules and guidelines.
Winter Storage fee required if leaving shed and/or deck over winter.
A non-refundable $250.00 deposit will be required to reserve your site. The deposit will be applied to your 2010 fees.
